I like people, diversity and change so it’s no wonder I am passionate about Miami real estate.  As a Miami native, I have lived in most of the neighborhoods where I sell and specialize and have experienced the uniqueness of each community first hand as a homeowner and as a real estate professional.

I have experienced many changes in Miami over the past few decades throughout our magical city, and I believe enjoying a fine Miami lifestyle continues to get better by the day.

I provide an in-depth overview of what to expect throughout the listing process and how I market properties for a successful sale at the highest price along with the best terms within the least amount of time.

Following property values, tracking competing inventory and strategic planning for attracting buyers to my listings is how I obtain great results for Sellers as their trusted listing agent.  Constant communication and feedback with each property owner is imperative so sellers are aware of how potential Buyers and the real estate community are reacting to the overall appeal of their home.

I have successfully assisted many different Buyer profiles over my career, including locals, foreigners, investors, corporate relocation, first-time home buyers, vacation and second home buyers and those in the market who desire to upsize or downsize their current home within Miami’s finest neighborhoods. In today’s market, there are several types of housing options available, depending on an individual’s needs and lifestyle. It is important that Buyers are briefed about the best and most convenient places to live, current property values as well as providing them with my “A” list of inspectors, mortgage brokers, title companies, insurance agents, attorneys, architects, designers, etc., so their home-buying experience proves informed and right for them without hurdles or hassles.  Providing Buyers with a comprehensive overview of the different types and styles of housing, neighborhoods to consider and what each has to offer is my way of preparing Buyers for focusing on a particular property and making a sensible purchase.
